After an intensive day we are now back at the hotel. We´ve been in meetings with companies for our journey in Canada, and the last meeting was with the president for the Canadian Quaich society, Ed Patrick. A very  polite gentleman who has a hugh interest and knowledge of the whisky world.
The first day was extremely interesting and we are so looking forward to the rest of the week!
